Create awareness of violence against women & children while promoting your own health! With three different races, there’s something for everyone in the family.
Race Distance Options:
10K begins at 8:00 am
5K begins at 8:05 am
1k to follow the last finishers of the 5k/10k races
Registration Prices:
10k/5k: All 10k/5k participants will be timed

There is a virtual option for the 5k & 10k for those who want to support from afar. Select the Virtual option and you can have your shirt shipped to you.

All race participants will receive their shirt size choice if they are registered by June 18th. After that it is first come first serve. You don’t want to miss out on these shirts so register soon!
